Schedule: PRN
Compensation: $15 – $18/hour (1099 Independent Contractor)

Your Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant – Home Health Aide, you will provide direct, routine care to clients in the comfort of their homes. Under a care plan and supervision from an RN Case Manager, you’ll help clients live with dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal hygiene and grooming

  • Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed

  • Aid with mobility and basic physical exercises

  • Provide routine housekeeping and laundry tasks

  • Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions or home environment

Qualifications

  • CNA Certification (Required)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Completion of state-mandated training hours (if applicable)

  • Proficiency with basic computer tasks, including charting software

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

  • Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor

  • Ability to operate client-related medical equipment safely

  • Must pass a background check and meet required health clearances
