Your Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant – Home Health Aide, you will provide direct, routine care to clients in the comfort of their homes. Under a care plan and supervision from an RN Case Manager, you’ll help clients live with dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
Aid with mobility and basic physical exercises
Provide routine housekeeping and laundry tasks
Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions or home environment

Qualifications

CNA Certification (Required)
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-mandated training hours (if applicable)
Proficiency with basic computer tasks, including charting software
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
Ability to operate client-related medical equipment safely
Must pass a background check and meet required health clearances
