Position Summary:
As a Patient Services Coordinator for the 24/7 Travel Team, you will oversee and coordinate clinician care for patients, ensuring effective scheduling and operational efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and proficiency in Axxess.

Position Summary:
As a Patient Services Coordinator for the 24/7 Travel Team, you will oversee and coordinate clinician care for patients, ensuring effective scheduling and operational efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and proficiency in Axxess.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Care: Schedule patient recertifications, manage MD orders, and align care periods with Case Managers using Axxess.
- Staffing: Fill patient care hours, manage nursing availability, and handle unassigned shifts.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records in Axxess, manage missed visits, and follow up on visits that have not started.
- Orientation: Orient new staff to patients and ensure staff availability is up-to-date.
- Confidentiality: Ensure all records are kept confidential per HIPAA and Privacy Act regulations.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned and provide 24/7 staffing assistance as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in office management or a similar role, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
