Lead from the front. Empower outreach. Drive meaningful patient connections.

At United Energy Workers Healthcare, we provide high-quality home healthcare to former Department of Energy workers under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA). With 14+ years of experience across 24 states and 36 locations, we’ve built a reputation for compassionate care and unwavering integrity. Our mission is to serve with excellence—and we do it by hiring the best.

We’re looking for a strategic and people-first Outreach Benefits Coordinator Manager to lead our national, remote outreach team. This group drives the first and most critical step in our patient care pipeline: setting qualified appointments. In this role, you’ll guide performance, develop your team, and refine processes that enable connection and care at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing remote team of Outreach Benefits Coordinators across the U.S.

  • Drive performance through weekly 1:1s, team meetings, coaching plans, and real-time feedback

  • Align outreach messaging, workflows, and handoffs with cross-functional partners (Field Advisors, Marketing, Revenue Operations)

  • Design and optimize outreach strategies that improve engagement and appointment-setting rates

  • Ensure accurate and consistent CRM use (HubSpot), including lead documentation and dispositions

  • Analyze outreach performance data and identify opportunities to improve productivity

  • Build and maintain training content, call scripts, and onboarding materials

  • Foster a culture of ownership, positivity, and accountability across the team

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience managing outbound call center or SDR/BDR teams (healthcare or service industries preferred)

  • Strong command of sales development strategies and appointment-setting best practices

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce), including pipeline management and performance reporting

  • A motivating leadership style, with strengths in coaching, communication, and team building

  • Ability to analyze KPIs, extract insights, and drive results

  • Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare privacy regulations, or benefits coordination is a plus

Why Join Us?

This is a mission-first organization built on family values and professional excellence. In this role, you’ll have the tools, trust, and autonomy to lead a team that creates meaningful first impressions—and opens the door to life-changing care.

Location: Remote (with occasional U.S. travel as needed)
Team Size: ~10–15 direct reports
Reports to: Director of Patient Engagement
