Position Summary
We are seeking a HubSpot Administrator with strong expertise in configuring, optimizing, and integrating HubSpot with other business applications. This role will ensure HubSpot is leveraged to its fullest potential by maintaining data accuracy, creating efficient workflows, and building seamless integrations with systems like telephony, marketing automation, and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of customizing HubSpot to business needs and managing API connections across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
System Integration: Implement and maintain integrations between HubSpot and key systems, including Vonage, marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
Configuration & Customization: Set up and manage fields, properties, pipelines, and workflows to support sales, marketing, and service functions.
Performance Monitoring: Ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, and effective dashboards.
Data Collaboration: Partner with the Data Team to integrate HubSpot data into the company Data Warehouse for analytics and decision-making.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot HubSpot-related issues and escalate when needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into practical HubSpot configurations.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on HubSpot features and best practices, recommending and implementing enhancements.

Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of hands-on experience configuring HubSpot fields, properties, and workflows.
5+ years integrating HubSpot with call center technology (Vonage preferred).
Deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Content Hub, and Operations Hub.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Preferred:
2+ years configuring Vonage within HubSpot (call tracking, click-to-call, reporting).
5+ years experience with API integrations, including authentication and data mapping.
HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, CMS).
Experience with third-party integration tools (Zapier, Workato, Make).
Basic HTML/CSS or JavaScript knowledge for template/email customization.
Experience with HubSpot-hosted websites.
Background in data engineering or analytics.
