We are seeking a detail-oriented CNA Coordinator (CNA) to join our team. This role involves coordinating home health aide services, ensuring comprehensive care, and managing various administrative tasks related to CNA operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Paperwork Management: Print, assemble, and review CNA packets; ensure all CNA paperwork is complete and up-to-date.
  • Hiring & Orientation: Assist with the hiring, orientation, and ongoing training of CNAs, including IPOC charting and in-service updates.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate CNA schedules and manage 24-hour patient scheduling; handle call-ins and replacements as needed.
  • Client & CNA Support: Maintain updated client/CNA lists, prepare and deliver client care kits, and coordinate with Case Managers regarding client needs.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist with scanning, naming, and uploading CNA paperwork; maintain office folders for backup; ensure timely submission of CNA notes.
  • Communication: Update CNAs on procedure changes and coordinate with Case Managers on CNA plans of care.
  • Flexibility: Fulfill CNA shifts if needed and perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
  • CNA certification and high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer and internet-based applications, as well as office machines.
  • Knowledge of client-based equipment and safe working practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and respect.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Pay Range: $18-$20
